Return Policy

All US based customers have 7 days to return their item(s) for a refund, or replacement of the device(s). All returns require the order number and serial number of your purchase. Please be advised shipping materials are not provided for returns.

A shipping charge of $4.99 will not be refunded for returns on non-defective items. We DO NOT provide refunds, returns, or exchanges for products shipped internationally. Visit our warranty page to see a complete list of coverage for returns. 

Items damaged during shipment or items damaged on arrival (DOA) must be reported in 48 hours from the time shipment was received in order for us to file insurance claims. Insurance claim requires us to have original shipping box. If your item is missing from the shipment provided or if delivery status shows “delivered” but the item has not arrived, you must contact support within 48 hours to file a claim.

Extended warranties may be purchased at only at the checkout for your order and will extend the return period of your device for exchanges only.

Warranty coverage

All the Iphones are fully tested, however If you notice any defect on your device we accept the device back.

Then Your device is repaired or (if that’s not possible) exchanged free of charge.

Warranty will not be accepted if the device arrives damaged, broken or with signs of water/humidity.
